You are invited to a Neighborhood Informational Meeting on the proposed mixed-use development at Lexington Rd. & Grinstead Dr.

RE: Zone change from C-2 to Planned Development District (“PDD”) consisting of mixed residential, office, retail and restaurant on 3.32 +/- acres at the intersection of Lexington Road and Grinstead Drive, specifically, 2294, 2300, 2338 & 2340 Lexington Road and 2501, 2503, 2509, 2511 & 2515 Grinstead Drive

The subject property appears technically to be located in the Irish Hill Neighborhood, although it is also near the Cherokee Triangle and Crescent Hill neighborhoods.

This meeting will be conducted by the attorney representing Jefferson Development and Metro Division of Planning and Design Services (“DPDS”). Unlike other neighborhood meetings, DPDS staff will join the attorney to help explain and lead this unique planning process.

They will also announce at the charrette the date of a follow-up charrette, probably June 27th, 28th or 29th.
